Slash the Vision…

July 13, 2010

Slash this vision to pieces,
With opposition, so nowly sweet,
Tear the art to ribbons,
Death, now done, complete,

Marvel at the destruction,
Of these two-faced hands.
Thenly, sickening,
Known as twisted.
Finely flowing Sands

Of time, are ground
Rubble of past-Egypts.
The “never-again”
Into “ever-again” slips.

The hour glass,
forgotten,
re-tips,

and all begins again.
After the fall,
When “we”
is all,
we are,
but
merely men.

No other,
No more,
No greater.

Resolve
Turns doubt
Bit-later.

and couples,
once lovers,
now haters.

A marriage of mutual
Traitors, to
eachother’s “sovereign” wills.
Each holding forged titles to
Cattle,
On a thousand
Self-same
Hills.

I slept my fill,
I drank my cup,
I died inside, to living.
I’ve broken through
The promises to
puncture skin, once-
Forgiving.

Time flies a circle,
Like a hope-full vulture.

Either never or always-
All
Hinges on
Now
and bends toward this hungry vertex-
the vortex of past and future,
This
Is the master of How.
